- Health & Safety - the information in this two day course forms the basis for a systematic and integrated approach to Occupational Health and Safety management by gaining an understanding of the requirements of all the elements in AS/ANZ 4801:2001/OHSAS 18001
- Environment - the information presented in this two day course forms the basis for a systematic and integrated approach to environmental management and enables participants to gain an understanding of the requirements of al the elements in ISO 14001.
- Pharmaceutical - the information in this two day course forms the basis for a systematic and integrated approach to Pharmaceutical management and enables participants to gain an understanding of the requirements of all the elements of PS 9000
- Internal Auditor - A two day workshop on the understandings and application of auditing techniques and principles as defined by the International Auditing Standard ISO19011:2003 Guidelines for ALL management systems including : Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety Product Certification, etc. It involves audit planning, evaluation and analysis of audit findings from case studies, preparation of audit findings and audit report and techniques of conduction closing meeting with the audit client.
- Lead Auditor - a two day workshop on the fundamental and principles of managing the audit programme and leading an audit team. Establish, plan and task the activities of an audit team, organise and direct audit team members, prevent and resolve conflict with the auditee and/or within audit team and prepare and complete an audit report.
- Project Management - a two day workshop where you will learn about the PMBoK methodology and the way in which it is able to assist you in making a success in your projects, you will learn when you should get involved with a project, when it becomes live, what is needed in order to make it a success and what the key attributes are of the Project Manager. With this in mind we look at some of the managerial tools available to make the PM's life easier.

- Keys to success (two days) - Keys To Success is the ideal place to test out the usefulness of NLP in your life. It introduces you to the basic NLP approach and gives you practical experience with the way NLP can make an immediate difference to your sense of control over your life, and to your ability to build relationships. Keys To Success may be the beginning of an exciting journey for you. If you like what you learn on the course and want more, you'll already be two days on your way to NLP Practitioner Certification with the International Association of NLP.
- Effective Interpersonal communications (four days) - Seeking harmony and effective relationships at work, at home and in the community?, or are you wanting to prevent conflicts from arising, and want to be able to resolve existing ones effectively, then this course is a must for you!!. In four days or nine three hour sessions, you'll learn and practice precision skills for building relationships that work. You'll take these skills successfully into your professional environment as well as your home and friendships.
